How to order from Spider-Point
1. Choose the items you want to order by clicking the “Add to cart” button. This will add your selection to the cart. You can always adjust your selection by changing the quantity, clicking “remove” or cancelling the entire order before sending it out. The cart can be accessed by clicking the cart icon in the top right menu.
2. Please log in with your email address and password if you already have an account or register as a new customer. Your personal data will only be used to process your order respecting legal privacy regulations. There will be no other use of your data.
3. You can adjust your personal data via the address and account details box in the dashboard on the left. You will access the next order item by clicking the “Proceed to Checkout” Button.
4. Finalize your order by clicking the “Buy now” button after reading and accepting the Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
Minimum order surcharge:
In order to cover our operating costs even for smaller orders, we charge a minimum order surcharge of EUR 5.00* for orders under EUR 10.00*. This enables us to continue to offer you reliable service and fast delivery times. Thank you for your understanding!
