Payment Methods

Prepayment:

After you have successfully completed your order, transfer the total amount to the specified bank account. It is important that you state the order number in the purpose of payment to ensure that your payment is allocated smoothly. As soon as we have received the total amount, we will immediately begin shipping your goods. If your shipping costs still need to be calculated, you will receive an email as soon as possible with your proforma invoice including shipping costs, the total costs and our bank details.

Cash on delivery:

We are happy to send your order up to EUR 300.00 (net) cash on delivery. The invoice amount is usually collected in cash by the deliverer or in the branch by debit card. The package with the cash on delivery service cannot be delivered to a packing station, parcel shop or parcel box. This service is only available within Germany.

Collection:

We are also happy if you would like to collect your order from us in person. On site we accept both cash and payments by debit card. Please note that a processing fee of 3% is charged for payments by credit card.

PayPal:

If you choose PayPal as your payment method during the order process, you will automatically be redirected to the PayPal page after completing your order (possible up to €600 net). There you have the option of completing the payment safely and conveniently. As soon as the payment process has been successfully completed, we will immediately begin processing and shipping your order to ensure that your items reach you as quickly as possible.

Klarna:

If you choose to use Klarna as your payment method during the order process, your order will automatically be redirected to the Klarna platform (possible up to €600 net). There are various secure and convenient payment options available to you, including invoice, installment payments and other available methods. Once the payment is successfully completed, we will immediately begin processing and shipping your order to ensure that your items reach you as quickly as possible.
